Perfect Proposals
Planning for your future starts with planning the perfect proposal. This service provides peace of mind to the groom-to-be with an array of services aimed to educate and inspire. How do I find her the perfect ring? How can I surprise her or make it extra special? What should I say? Whether you have an intimate evening in mind or are planning a grand affair (or even if you don’t know where to begin!), enlist the help of a professional to help you plan this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
This service can include:
- Engagement ring education and consultations
- Planning consultations
- Finding the perfect location
- Photographer and videographer to help capture the moment discreetly
- Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating the proposal

Day-Of Wedding Coordination
Sometimes referred to as “month-of coordination”, this service is for the couple who have planned their wedding, but only require help on their wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. 2 complimentary consultations are included to help finalize the itinerary, review vendor contracts and discuss final details. Entrust your special day to a wedding professional with the experience and flexibility to handle any last-minute changes that may come up, so you can enjoy your celebration.
This package includes supervision and coordination of the wedding ceremony, reception and the wedding rehearsal. An assistant for the day and access to my “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” are also included at no extra cost.
On the day of the wedding you can expect:
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Supervision for the set up of all aspects of the ceremony
- Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule
- My assistant at your side for the photo session
- Full onsite coordination of reception set up
- Coordination of reception details and changes with Caterer, DJ, MC and helpers
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out
Day-Of Coordination Package is $1000.
Large weddings and out-of-town weddings will have additional charges.
Partial Wedding Planning and Day-Of Coordination
This service is especially for the bride who has already started her planning but needs a little help along the way. Maybe you have already secured the wedding and reception sites and have made contact with several vendors. Or perhaps you need some professional guidance regarding contracts or etiquette. Up to 10 hours of consultations are included in this package and you decide what you need help with. Whatever the situation may be, we will come up with a plan that is right for you.
Partial planning and coordination will include:
- All Day-Of Wedding Coordination services (rehearsal, wedding day ceremony and reception)
- 10 hours of consultations for planning purposes
Partial Planning and Coordination Package starts at $1400.
Large weddings and out-of-town consultations/weddings will have additional charges.
Full Planning and Day-Of Coordination
This service assists you with coordination of all your big and small wedding details from start to finish. Bring on a Certified Wedding Coordinator to have peace of mind when piecing together all of your wedding plans.
It includes unlimited consultations in the planning phases and coordination of the wedding day. With a Certified Wedding Coordinator by your side, your wedding will reflect your unique style and tastes, with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.
Full planning and coordination can include, but not limited to:
- Regular scheduled planning meetings
- Unlimited consultations via email and phone
- Wedding etiquette recommendations
- Budget preparation, allocation, management
- Recommendation of vendors, attendance of vendor meetings, facilitate vendor bookings
- Review and manage all vendor contracts
- Theme and style development
- Consult on design and decor to complement theme
- Development of detailed wedding day itinerary for you, your family, your wedding party, MC, vendors and helpers
- Everything the “Day-Of Wedding Coordination” service includes
Full Planning and Coordination package for ceremony and reception starts at $3000.
This premium service is only offered to a limited number of couples per year.

A La Carte Services and Consultations
A La Carte Consultations are great for the couple who may require a little extra help with their planning. Are you newly engaged and not sure where to start? Looking for the perfect location or photographer? Require help with decor details? Consultation with a certified wedding coordinator will save you money, time and frustration.
A La Carte Consultations can include, but not limited to:
- Strategic brainstorming
- Design advice
- Vendor recommendations
- Theme development
- Bridal mentorship
- Remote consultations
Consultations are generally at an hourly fee, and can also be prepaid in blocks. Please inquire about rates, as it will depend on the service provided.
