Full Wedding Planning For Out-of-Town Couples can include:
- Regular scheduled planning meetings (over Skype or phone)
- In-person venue video walk through with Rebecca Chan to allow you to visualize the space
- Recommendation of in-town vendors, communication with vendors, facilitation of vendor bookings/payments/contracts
- Facilitation of any in-town vendor meetings if you visit prior to the wedding
- Budget preparation, allocation, management
- Theme and style development
- Development of detailed wedding day itinerary
- Review of draft schedule
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal, if needed
- Wedding planning spreadsheet with month-to-month to do list to keep us on schedule
On the wedding day you can expect:
- Supervision for the set up of all aspects of the ceremony
- Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule
- Coordination of reception set up: favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.
- Coordination of reception details and liaising with Caterer, DJ, MC, Photographer and helpers
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out
- My assistant at the ceremony and set up until the beginning of dinner
- Access to my “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
