I am so thrilled to share that I was a part of Cityline’s wedding special! It airs TODAY at 9am and 4pm on television. See the full 1-hour special here, or see my segment below:
I was also asked to help design their set to feel more wedding-inspired, so we created a beautiful dining table and in the segment you will see a pretty aisle with cherry blossom arrangements.
We brought on friends from Fete Flowers, Chairman Mills, Cecile Lau Calligraphy and Southern Charm Vintage Rentals to work some wedding magic. Alongside Paulina from Fete Flowers, we designed a summer garden inspired table, embodying fun, a bit of glam and the outdoors. Bringing in the outside in is so popular this year!
A special thank you to Mango Studios for helping me capture it all!
The dining table we designed for Cityline, styled alongside Fete Flowers.
Lemons and peaches gave the table some dimension and pops of colour (and fragrance!).
I love the combination of blush sequins with the rustic feel of the chairs.
Sunglass name cards (fun but not so practical), atop floral watercolour menus.
With the always fabulous DJ Lissa Monet who spun tunes for the segment.
With the group from the wedding segment! Left to right: Brian Gluckstein, Leigh Ann Allaire Perrault, Tracy Moore (host of Cityline), Alison McGill from Weddingbells and Jessica Mulroney from Kleinfeld.
Rebecca Chan is a Toronto event designer and event planner. If you have a brand activation, media launch event, design project or a special event, connect with her today to see how we can collaborate on your next project.
Just watched the segment and everything is just gorgeous, Rebecca. The lemons and sunnies in the table decor are my favourite – so fresh!
P.S. You styled the French Lilac skirt perfectly, love it!
